FTA: A Supervisor’s Guide to Reasonable Suspicion Training - Online Training.  This course meets the FTA mandated requirement for Reasonable Suspicion Drug Testing training found at 49 CFR Part 655.14 (b).  This course is designed to enable a supervisor to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to require testing.

FTA Refresher Training:  For supervisors who have taken the initial “A Supervisor’s Guide to Reasonable Suspicion Testing” course.  This course is designed to ensure supervisors maintain their understanding and “awareness” of the Reasonable Suspicion Testing process.  The course is revised and updated annually and includes information on patterns of abuse, addiction, prescription drugs, a workplace confrontation process, and what abuse costs employers and employees in profits, salaries, and taxes.
